Just checked online status, it shows that my I-140 was finally approved today. So do my EAD and my husband's EAD. 
I filed my I-140 and I-485 concurrently on March 11, 2003, and BCIS received them on March 31, 2003. On May 7, 2003, BCIS issued RFE for my I-140 about my qualification of the job. And my attorney responded on June 6, 2003. At that time I was so worried. Now finally everything goes back to normal.
