Congratulations. I am on similar boat as you. My ND is Mar31, 2004 and RFE on April29th, 2004. I have the same RFE (employer ability to pay). My employer didn't respond it till now. Can you please let me know the answer/documents, that your lawyer had sent?

TNGuy: I am not sure what my company and attorney send for the RFE (ability to Pay). I just aked the attoryney about the RFE after receiving email from USCIS, he told me nothing serious...just about the company information.

needGCby05 : I am not working for any consultancy. Mine is a permanet job.
Company size around 120 people.
Yes I applied concurrently.

All others forms still pending (EAD, TRAVEL DOCUMENT, i-485)

No FP YET.

I think this happened so fast because you received an RFE. I have another friend who had his 140 filed in January and he received an RFE for his W-2 Forms in March. His 140 got approved early June. Similar case.
