Finally it is my turn: "This case has been approved. On March 12, 2004..."

My information:

EAC03078xxxxx,
RD: 12/17/2002.
ND: 1/13/2003.
EAD: applied 11/03. not received yet,
AP: applied 11/03, not received yet,

EB2, with LC.

Just another question though...
what does EB2, with LC mean ? Is there EB2 without LC?
Is this somehow related to RIR and Non RIR? Do all these different categories make a difference while processing I-140... i thought it mattered only during labor. thanks.

Yes, there is a category EB2 NIW, without LC.

Mine was RIR.

Yes, EB2 NIW currently is processing 6/2002.

i thought it mattered only during labor.

It mattered both in LC and I-140.
