I-140 approved (there is a light at the end of...)

Hi Everybody,
My co worker's I-140 got approved last week. His I-140/I-485 RD is Aug-2004. Working for a big corporate in Orange County. He has already rvd his AP and EAD. He is from India. I am sure all of us will get approved very soon : )

My case:
I-140/485 RD Oct-2004
got RFE for my AP

Got EAD already

485 was transfered to LA OFFICE recently

My status is EB3 as well as my co-worker. Don't worry, you will get it too.

Greencard is not a big deal in my life anymore...I'd like to be happy and healthy...we just found out that my young sister has bone cancer ; (
I appreciate life a lot more now and don't give a damn about green card anymore...

I sorry to hear that. Hopefully your sister will do better with advances in medical field. I can only say, don't loose hope.
