I-140 approved. LUD theory, failed in my case!

OK guys, I have been following the threads closer than ever. All this talk about LUD's changing rapidly and consecutively and possible chance of an approval/denial...is this all true?

My last LUD change on the reponse to RFE was on 12/1.

I got 2 emails 10-minutes back, I-140 approved! hurray!!!

I-140 AD 12/20
