I-140 and L1 A.. Are they linked?

Hello:
My GC is currently in process on EB1 C . Concurrently filed I-140 and I-1485. I had also applied for extension for L1 A which came back on an RFE. As i received EAD and AP , i withdrew the L1A without responding to the RFE. Today i received an I-140 RFE.. Are these two linked?. h
 
YES, they are linked, by YOU! If they have questions pertaining to your qualifications in similar jobs (probably the very same job), it is natural to be asked for the pertinent information whether for an immigrant or non-immigrant context.
