Hello, my Fiancé has a interview scheduled for Nov 2015.
My income is not enough and I do not have my last tax return because I did not generate enough income.
My questions are as follows:
1) Since I do not have my Tax return do I submit an I-134 ?
2) Do I need to submit my bank statements ?
3) I do have a sponsor, which forms & documents does he need to fill ?
Kindly advice me as I am new at this and your assistance will be greatly helpful.
