My mother applied I-130 form in dec 2001 i wan to know how much time it will talke it to approve, the letter i recived show that they will reply me in 192-217 days , which alredy gone,My question is
1) How long it will take it and
2) after that can i apply for work for EDA
i am here on H1-B visa and bechlor.
