i applied for my hubby's I-130 on april 20th 2005 from delhi, i have not yet recieved any case number, every time i contact delhi they say case has been approved and sent to mumbai. upon contacting mumbai office they say case not found, i am so confused and dont know what to do next. i have heard from people that they send a letter within 2 weeks of application.. in my case it has been over a month, does anyone know whats the procedure ...
