I-130 processing time in NBC?

Currently how long does it take to process I-130 at NBC? We submitted 130 at the end of Nov 2012 and have not heard anything. Can someone shed some light? Thank you

similar situation. I submitted I-130 for parents early november. fingerprints done week after thanksgiving and have heard nothing since.

My application for my parents were submitted 5 October 2012, finger print 1 Nov 2013.
Status as of now (March 11)... still in initial review. It has been 5 months since application or 4 months since fingerprint...
