I-130 Process

Hello,For last 8 years I was in India. I had one child while I was married with my ex-husband in India and got divorced due to his abuse. I applied for SB1 Visa and enetered the USA last year. My son, 6 years old, is an Indian Citizen, is currently in India. I have filed for his I-130 and waiting for approval. Waiting time is 28 months. He is very young. I want to bring him here with me. Please suggest

1. What are the options to bring him here?
2. Can I bring him on visitor visa here? I am asking for advice. If it is wrong, I will not pursue this route.
3. What other visa I can apply for him to bring him here?
4. Can I-130 and other visa can exist in parallel. I mean I get him here on visitor visa and while I-130 is still filed?

You cant bring him on a visitor visa to live or with intent to adjust, that is fraud.
i believe the best route for you to is to get a re-entry permit which will allow you 2 years out the US, to live with him in India until he gets his visa. I don’t believe it is a 28 month wait by the way, it is a lot less at the moment for F2A afaik.
