My I-130 Application was accepted in 2017 and I never heard back after that. I do not have approval notice or so and now my Father who was my petitioner passed away a month ago. I am not sure how things will go from here? Do I have any chances of transferring my case and make my siblings my petitioner on same case? Or does this mean my Case is not in queue anymore? if my case can still be followed up, What are my options? Kindly assist me on that.
Note: I am currently in Pakistan all I have a I-797 that says that case was received.
