The petitioner ( my friend's mom) filed a I-130 petition on Dec 19 2005. The priority date for this petition is 21Dec2005. The beneficiary is my friend who is currently living in India.

When we recently reviewed the petition, we found out that there are few errors in the petition:
C 1) Beneficiary's last name does not match what is in his Indian passport
B 11) The petitioner's current husband name was filled in the "Name of Prior Husband". The Petitioner was married only once. Should have been "N/A"
B 12) The Date of wedding was filled in. Should have been "N/A"
C 11) Beneficiary's current wife name was filled in the "Name of the Prior Wife". Beneficiary was married only once.Should have been "N/A".
C 12) the date of wedding was filled in. Should have been "N/A"

C 17) Instead of listing the wife of the beneficiary here, the beneficiary name is listed.

Questions that we would like to be answered are:
1) Should we make the corrections now ? if yes, who do we send them to ? Can we make corrections later when we are asked for more documents or during the interview at the consulate?
2) Will sending the corrections now delay the processing of the application in any way?
3) Will informing these errors at the time of interview cause any problems ?

thanks for your reply
