I-129 (Parts 3 & 4) Beneficiary Information & Processing info

Hi,

we have an employee on TN visa and trying to convert him to the H1B. Need assistance with following questions related to Part 3 of I-294.

can you please confirm

1) need to provide I-94 Arrival-departure record number,
2) leave EAD number blank
3) leave Part 4 (processing information) blank

Have you thought about hiring a lawyer? I know you've been getting some informal help from posters online here but as a company sponsoring visas you seem to have an awful lot of questions to ask (5 different threads already, each with at least two questions), and with two denials already (as stated in your first post), hiring an experienced lawyer to help you with this application seems like a good idea by this stage.
