I-129 Filling

I'm Canadian and my wife is Canadian and has GC. I filled for AOS and I-765 more then 4 month ago. Now I received a job offer here in USA and my work permit is not yet approved. Can I/my employer file for I-129 for me?
 
This has already been answered on your previous thread. You need to stop posting the same issue over several threads, this is considered spamming.
 
Sorry, I didn't mean to post it in different threads. I just felt that this wasn't answered fully and need specific response and thought every forum has a specialist for the topic like yourself.

I do appreciate your input and support all along and please understand that this wasn't the intention.
 
I understand your desperation and it is unfortunate you feel your question hasn’t been fully answered, (and I should add to your satisfaction). But the response is the same. Both @SusieQQQ and @nelsona accurately and fully answered the question on that thread.
