Husband is on H1B, I wish to go on F1

Hello Sir,

My husband is in US on H1B since 2012. We got married last month.
I am planning to do MS in US for Fall 2014 and have already applied to universities and received few admits as well.

Once I receive an admit, for my F1 visa interview, I believe I will face problems since I might not be able to prove that I am not a potential immigrant.

What are ur thoughts on this?

Please help.
 
Actually, you should come to America on H4, a visa for spouses of H1 aliens. On H4, you can attend college so you will not need F1. In case your husband leaves the US before you graduate, you can then ask for change of status to F1.
