How to sponsor GC for parents

Folks,
I just got my GC approved. Now I want to bring my ageing parents to the US so that they can live with me in their old age. Can I start sponsoring their GC now or do I have to wait unitl I naturalize?
Please, any valuable input with be appreciated.
