How to read Project Kashmir posting?

Hi All,

A few days back (April 2nd to be exact) I saw a post from Kashmir with a List of RFE. It looks something like this:

WAC03061 2004-03-10 2003-02-08 resumed
...
...
...

How do I read this and what does it mean if my WAC number is on that list? Sorry I am a quite ignorant about how all this works. I see that my number may be on that list, but the CIS case status check for my case still says the same thing as the last year and a half.
