I married my husband in Spain, we moved to US and We applied for marriage so he would be able to work in US, 3 years laters, before he received the resident for 7 more years we separated, I went back to Spain to visit my daughter and to present the new family member, my son, two days later he broke the rent contract, move to another city, other apartment, new job and start dating a colleague from work, so I couldn’t go back to US because I did not have a house to go back, so I told him I wanted to divorce. I ended up divorcing in Spain, and now I am able to go back to US with my family. I would like to send a notification of my divorce to uscis since we haven’t been together for the last two years but I don’t find the information on the uscis web. I hope you can direct me where to do it. Thank you
