Hi
I would like to knw as of how to find out whether my labour has been subtituted....This is my case i had applied for labor but i quit the co. b4 it got apprvd,later i came to knw tat my labor has been approved....am still on h1 and my 6yrs visa is getting over by august 2008....i would like to knw the following
1.Is it possible to transfer my H1 now(i have less than 365 days)...
2.Is it possible to use my old Labor(frm previous employer) and file i-140 with new employer.
3.How can i find out if my labor has been substituted or not??
4.Can i still use my old labor even if it has been substituted??
