How to find DOT or OES Code ?

Hi Guys,
I had posted this in a thread, but did not get any answers,so reposting as a thread..

My 'OCC-Code' (for labor certification) was 999.151-031
(Computer Software Engineers-Applications)

How do I find out what the corrosponding DOT/OES codes are ?

and the codes related to them ?
I am looking to use AC-21 to change job to related field and different title.

Labor PD 12/2001 (EB3/self labor/infamous 131 code)
Labor AD 04/2004
I-140/485 ND: 08/09/04
I-140 AD:03/15/05
I-485 ????
