How to CONTACT NATIONAL RECORD CENTER

I have my h1b petition pending for over 22 months now. I was recently informed by the FBI that the recent reading on my file at uscis is that they are considering me out of status since feb 2002 at National Record Center. And that I need to contact National Record center to have this info corrected.
Could some body help me how to contact them?

hi i m dipesh and i m studing in canada since 2 years and at a moment i have got the visa for united states as b1 b2 category (visitor) so is there any chance i can get the h1 b for working in united states in the field of IT if anybody can help me with that, will appriciate his/her help thnks
