How to contact Level 2 Support ?

Somebody on this Web site mentioned, that he/she contacted Level 2 support of BCIS and they told him/her that there case was touched on so & so dates.

Normally, when we call BCIS, they give the same message which is on the Case Status Web Site. How to contact level2 support ? What is the phone number for Vermont SC (level 2 support) ?

When you call the main toll-free number and talk to the customer service (level I), tell them that you need to talk to level II. If they ask why, make a complicated question that they cannot answer like a question about 2nd FP.
