I had the naturalization interview on Oct. 23 and the officer told me that my oath letter should come in within 4 weeks. I tried to check the status online but it seems that it still shows the status dispeared, the same as when they sent out the interview letter. I tried to call USCIS and after punch in the case number, it says they cannot find the status and USCIS representative will not have any new information than the recording. Should I wait to talk to a representative for the most updated information?
I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly help me out here.
