I am still waiting on my LC ( RIR category )with EB3 category with PD of April 2005.
It is in the Dallas BEC. Its almost been 2.5 years? How long does it normally take?. Initially the company lawyer recived a letter in March of 2007 to increase the prevailing wages, which was done. Still have not heard back from them?
I have 5.5 yrs on my H1 and was hoping to get the LC and I-140 approved this year so I would be eligible for a 3 yr H1 extension when the H1 expires next year.
This would then allow me to switch companies if possible.
Folks, Is it possible to stay with the same company and move to different location? Will that affect the process? Please advise.
