How many Sept. RFE case not approved yet

How many sept RFE cases which was received by INS in October
not approved yet.

Can we track that.

My RFE was recd by INS in 10/9 more than one month passed no news

An Aug filer and the wait goes on.... exasperating!!!

RFE issued on 09/17, received by INS on 10/17.

I have asked my lawyer to call and dig about the reason for the delay.
