How many initiated the Case Status inquiry with RD < 06/01/2003

I would like to keep this thread and see how many are opened a case status inquiry by calling the Customer service number.

If you received any response by phone/mail or some other way please keep posted in this thread

My Case details:
I140/I485/EAD - 03/05/2003
I485 NOID response received - 7/27/2004
FP2 done – 09/11/2004
Case status inquiry initiated – 10/22/2004
Approval Date - ??
 
My wife initiated it for her case. Mine, I am going to wait for 60days after my response to RFE was received as per their directions. By 10th next month, I will call them as 60 days would have passed then.
 
My attorney filed an inquiry on behalf of me and my spouse. He asked the service center to issue finger print notices and adjudicate my I-485 cases.
 
initiated inquiry today --- they said that since my receipt date is 5/29 --- i have to wait till USCIS processing date reach 6/29, before i can inquire again....the kind lady told me that their date is 30 days back :confused:

I just called CIS and initiated a status inquiry. When I asked the agent that what should i expect? Should I expect decision on my case or just and acknoledgement letter on my inquiry? He didn't clarify much. All he said was that Processing Center will mail me a letter.. Can somebody shed some light???

They will never clarify. They do not want to take any chances. :)
 
It looks like they are approving cases who have FP2 done in Aug 2004.
Thats my guess after seeing many approvals of Aug FP2 .
 
Yes parth_01945:

I observed the same in long list of approval threads. Lot of August FP2 cases were touched and approved...

Hope we will see good news soon...
