How many I-824 should we file for a couple?

My husband and me would like to file I-824 to convert our case to CP. How many I-824 should we file? 1 or 2? We need file one copy together or 2 for each of us? Because after checking the form of I-824, I find out that it only requires the information of the principal petitioner (my husband), but no room to fill my information.
Can anybody having such expereinces give any clue? Thanks.
 
Since your husband is filing for you, he is the petitioner, so only his info will be on the I-864.
