How long it takes to get 485 approval notice? Approval Notice not mailed as per IIO.

How many days does it take to receive I-485 Approval Notice?
My I-485 was approved on December 24, 2003, it is already 14 days and I am still waiting for approval notice?

Anyone has idea/experiences how long it took for their case.

Can i call up the 800 number and tell them to re-send,just in case it is lost..

Pls suggest.
