how long to get packet3

Hello,

I checked the cptracker.com web site but it is not clear how long it takes to get the packet3. My I-140 approval date is december5th in EB2, Can somebody PLEASE tell me how long it takes for getting packet3.

Can I find out if NVC has received it by phone.

minimum 3-4 weeks

min 1 week INS to NVC
min 1 week NVC to NVC P3 created
min 1 week NVC P3 created to NVC mailed P3 to conuslate/attorney
