Hi,
My company is going to sponsor me for green card application soon. Could anyone suggest how long it may takes me to get the graan card?
Background: I was born in China, has Master\'s degree and seven years of experience in IT, apply under category of II (or maybe III), work in Minnesota.
In addition, I heard that at some stage of the processing, my wife will become eligible to work without applying for a H1B. Is it correct and what stage is it? And how long does it take to reach this stage?
