I just called my attorney asking my case status, and he said it is still being processed by his staff. So here is my question: how long did it take for your attorney to finalize the process. I sent my documents stuff like reference ltters, publications, award certificate..., to them on May 17th. My attorney spent 3 weeks preparing the "Cover letter" which is simple copy paste from the letters. Another 3 weeks for forms like 485, 131, and now it is still being processed. According to him, he and another attorney has to reviewthe case before sending out, which means we are looking at another week or so. So totally two months for the final paper work? I am going crazy here. Can anobody share your experences here?
