How can I get my spouse a H4 visa?

Hello. I am in the States on H1B, but my spouse is in Canada, not holding any kind of american visa. How can I apply for H4 after my H1b approval? Do I have to go through the company lawyer again?
OR can I just bring my spouse to the consulate with me at the time of my visa stamping?

Take your spouse to consulate along with you, you will get H1 stamped, your spouse will get H4 visa stamped. Take all the supporting documents. (marriage certificate, marriage photos etc)
