How can I get my Kid's FP notice?

Hi friends,

My daughter's online status message is below,

Your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received on January 28, 2003. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete.

My daughter was under 14 when I-485 was file up, but she is over 15 year old.

Could you tell me how I can get my daughter's FP notice?

FP for kids

I am in the same situation like you. CIS will send rfe to attorney to pay the difference of Fee (Application fee is different for under 14). After 4 weeks from receiving payment, CIS has sent FP notice and it is scheduled for 01/20/05.

When I suggested my attorney send $50.00, he told me "Just wait for VSC's request". It was over 1 year ago.

Could you tell me more detailed your experience?
- Any special activity before RFE?
- How old your kid when you received RFE?

My Daughter has been notified FP on Jan. 26, 2005

I received the FP notice of my daughter from VSC today.
I am not sure what the trigger was.
Noticed date is Dec. 29, 2004.

I have called 3 times to 1-800 number since September 2004.
Whenever I called Service Center, they always said to me wait 30 to 60 days.

I have two questions
[1] When USCIS ask the FP fee? I am not sure my attorney send enough money to VSC for my daughter's case.
[2] Can my daughter go Boston office on this Saturday as early FP?
