Hi,
We are a small IT company that does a few things, including recruitment & IT consultation. We have another sister company that looks after our small auto workshop business.
Previously we have hired a TN consultant and placed it @ our end clients ( fist for seven months duration, then, for two years of period). Now we want to hire the same consultant for system automation and maintenance of our auto workshop.
Do you foresee any issues given that the consultant will be working on the auto workshop project?
We have regularly paid for two years while the consultant was on our payroll.
