Hello! A friend of mine wants to bring his nephew over to the US to study at a High School. It so happens that this High School does not issue I-20s. His nephew will probably stay for only 6 to 8 months. He thought of bringing his nephew on a B-2 visa but our understanding is that the B-2 stay rule is about to change from the customary 6 mos. to only 30 days. What\'s his best shot at being able to bring his nephew here?
