Hiding the fact from the company lawyer?

Hi, I filed my 485 through my 1st employer.But, got a job with a 2nd employer 10 days PRIOR to filing for 485 because 1st employer couldn\'t find a job.He neither fired me nor I resigned.Currently working with my 2nd employer.Even my lawyer dosen\'t know that I am working for another amployer because he is my 1st employer\'s company lawyer.Can anybody tell me what will happen to my 485? Thanks a lot

If you are using EAD , I think no problem!

As long as Your Employer 1 willing to support your GC process ....You should be OK

Check with independent attorney - won\'t your W-2 from second employer give you away?
