i think after approving loads of cases uscis has gone into hiberation mode.
eb-2 is current for old filers,but we dont see any approvals at all.nor is there any activity in form of lud's.my case hasent seen any lud's after it was filed in nov last year.
now that uscis has no one to question as they covered up all their faults,they will be least bothered ,till again one fine day they wake up to see so many pending cases and visa numbers are gonna get wasted.now probably they are busy processing new applications and receipting them and sending them f.p notices, and approving their a.p and eads.after doing all this they might formulate some stats and retrogress futher.
i think this cylce just continues.
 
Hi, My case is in the same situation as yours. nothing updated since 07/06. I was told it was stucked at name check. It looks like there's no way for me to trigger the FBI to conduct the name check on my case. Did you take any actions and try to push your case being process? thanks,
