hi JK, i f your AVM is updated for REF?

hi JK:

     Just wonder if your AVM is updated for REF. I called IIO a few times
in last three weeks and two IIOs said I \'may\' have ref but they still have not made a decision on my case. One even mantioned something like Employer letter. I checked my AVM everyday, but it is no change.

Same position

have been waiting now almost 4 weeks for any RFE and update of the AVM so far no info, IIO says the file is assigned but no RFE yet, congressional office says RFE needed but request is in Clerical for now weeks it seems.
 
I spoke again with IIO

Said that it is still waiting to get generated. They can\'t do anything, as they are backlogged. Wondering how long we have to wait for this silly piece of paper.
