Hi All,
My H1 approval notice and I94 in approval notice is valid till Apr 30, 2009. I do not have H1 stamped. My original I94 that came with student visa is marked D/S (duration of stay).
My question is , if I apply for H1 extension now and USCIS does not respond (reject or approve) by Apr 30, 2009 will I fall out of status? Can I still live in the country and work and have my payroll generated ?
