I am not taking sides here. But this seems to be a TSC approval.

It is a CSC approval. But it goes to show that INS has not totally stopped approvals

They might have slowed down. The is a guy called Topaz who has posted on Rupnet with an Jul 19th approval. I thing a big problem is people have not been able to post here and some of those who got approved did not try to hard to post
