Thank you very much for this community, could you please take a look at my situation here?
I recently have stamped VISA for Company A employer (in Mexico, VISA is up to 1 year and I-94 is up to 3 years).
I got company B offer of employment and they asked me to go to again to the US Consulate in Mexico to get the new VISA.
That means whole DS-160.
Here are my questions,
when I need to give Company A notification that I am going to leave them?
1. Got to consulate, get the visa and return back to US
2. Have company A the 2 week notification? (after I come back)
or
1. Have company A 2 week notification, and after the last week, leave
2. go back to Mexico and stay in there for the US consulate interview until new TN VISA/in passport stamped arrived.
The question here is that after the second TN is laser stamped in passport, I can still come back to US?
(they take my passport to stamp the visa, I receive it a few days later)
