Hi everybody I have a serious problem with my I-485 case, my case is being processed in Nebraska but last month, they sent me a letter saying request for evidence ( file affidavit support ) and I reply to them 1 week with:
- petitioner affidavit support did by my wife and her 3 recents tax return
-2 a joint sponsor did by a friend of mine with his 3 recents tax return also that's it.
But today, I checked my Statut and it saying we mailed you another letter ( request for evidence ) again so I really don't understand what do they really need ? Please can someone help ???
