My father recently passed away, so my elder brother who's a US Citizen is planning to apply Green Card for my mother. She's currently on B2-Visa and was granted only 3 months of Visa.
My brother is planning to apply GC for my mother next weeek. As her visa is valid only for 3 months, can she stay beyond 3 month's if her Green Card is pending? It would be very helpful if someone can help with with the answer at the earliest.
