Hello:
I am in a lot of trouble and need help. I filed for H-1B visa through an IT consultancy in Chicago. The lawyer says he sent my petition on March 30 and showed me the dhl confirmation. But the check for my petition was used for someone else's perition. The lawyer says this is normal as they have many applications. So some body's else's check was sent with my petition.
Basically we have not heard anything from USCIS at all. There is no reference number, no denial or approval. I dont know what to do. How do i contact USCIS without a reference number?
