Hi,

I recently received my H1B extension. The new Visa is approved for 3 years. Since the visa dates are not available anymore, and instead of renewing my AP, thinking of getting my Visa stamped. What is the procedure to go to Canada/Mexico to get it done?

Gurus please share your experience. My details are in my signature below.

Getting approved AP in hand before leaving while your I-1485 is pending is highly recommended.

In case your stamping is rejected or delayed... you can return on AP, provided you have been and will be working only for the H1B sponsor.
