Head of USCIS

I have read posts and new articles where Robert Divine is mentioned as being the Acting Director of USCIS. However, on the Department of Homeland Security website he is mentioned as being the Acting Deputy Director. Does anyone know of his actual title?

According to http://uscis.gov/graphics/publicaffairs/USCISToday_August_05.pdf he is Acting Deputy Director.

I've read that newsletter a month ago. It almost made me vomit. USCIS knows how to use propaganda to portray itself as a wonderful organization with great customer service. Bunch of hypocrites and liars.

Thanks....in my draft petition I had him down as the Acting Director. I'll be sure to change it to Acting Deputy Director before I file.
