Just wanted to see if anyone did this...I have EAD & AP, because my spouse has GC....I'm on H1B expiring Jan 2006 and quitting my job soon. Planning to go to India for next 3 months...AP valid until March 2006.... Will there be any problems if I stay this long outside the US and come back in again on AP??
