Hi Guys, I had a TN Visa, then I have an E-1 visa that it will expire on May 28th 2011. I have heard the news that for renewal you dont need to have an interview at the consulate, that if it is just re-stamp it will be automatic, just send the paperwork and also pay the visa.. is this true?
Have an E-1 Visa. Need to have an interview for renewal?
