I am on H1B visa and currently in US. My extension was approved In Oct 2020 and valid till Apr 2023. My Wife(pregnant) and daughter went to India in March 2021. My wife delivered the baby in June 2021. Now due to COVID , the consulates are closed and we are not getting dropbox appointment. So i have below question:
1. Can all the three Wife, Daughter and new born go for dropbox together or new born stamping must be done after my wife gets her stamping done?
2. I am reading on online forums that USCIS is allowing for emergency appointments. So can you please tell the step by step process to book a dropbox appointment based on reason of Family Separation?
